The Marketing team is responsible for all of the brand content and external communications at START Helsinki. This includes all social media posts, marketing promotions, invitation designs and graphics. The Marketing team is also responsible for the START Helsinki website and its design.

We are looking for a website lead with an analytical mind and good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). If you possess an analytical mindset, have a great passion for problem-solving and basic knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), this role is for you. Additionally, you will be given a great opportunity to plan, strategise and implement ideas surrounding the Start Helsinki website.

🔥 Your Mission

• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and develop the Start Helsinki old and new websites
• Lead the website team, consisting of positions like SEO specialist and website developer.
• Work tightly together with the content creation team.
• Create strategies that grow the subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
• Keep up to date with industry best practises and monitor “competitor” websites.

😍 Expectations & Requirements

• The position is voluntary with an expected time effort of 5-15 hours/week.
• It is required that all applicants are students
• Due to the nature of this role it is advised that you live in the proximity of Helsinki
