💡 General information

The events team of START Helsinki focuses on our event concepts: START Tales and START Standout. These are large-scale events that occur more than once per year. You get to be part of creating these events and making sure they are unforgettable experiences for the participants.

Team members of the events team will be supporting the team with various tasks ranging from venue decoration to finding venue speakers. You will have the ability to do and learn many new things relating to holding events and preparing for them while having also fun.

🔥 Your Mission

• Supporting other teams in event production
• Collaborating with the event team in planning the events
• Assisting with the execution of different event contents during the event day

🚀 Your Skills

• Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
• Interest in event organizing and planning. Previous experience is not necessary, but the willingness to learn new things is even more important!
• Always happy to help other team members and help overcome different unexpected situations that might arise.

😍 Expectations & Requirements

• The position is voluntary with an expected time effort of 5-10 hours/week.
• It is required that all applicants are students
• Due to the nature of this role, it is advised that you live in the proximity of Helsinki
