The Marketing team is responsible for all of the brand content and external communications at START Helsinki. This includes all social media posts, marketing promotions, invitation designs and graphics. The Marketing team is also responsible for the START Helsinki website and its design.

The podcast lead will lead a team responsible for the Start Helsinki podcast. This is a leadership position which means the podcast lead will be leading the podcast team and be responsible for the podcast. This includes everything from planning the podcast to executing it and finding the right speakers.

🔥 Your Mission

• Lead the podcast team and be part of creating the Start Helsinki podcast.
• Research and plan the podcast and topics discussed in it
• Reserve the studio for the podcast recording
• Ensure studio gear works
• Find new podcast speakers
• Scripting the podcasts

• Familiarity in creating a podcast
• You have genuine interest in producing the podcast and undertaking a larger project
• Proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written skills in english
• Passion towards the startup ecosystem
• Podcast editing skills is seen as an advantage

😍 Expectations & Requirements

• The position is voluntary with an expected time effort of 5-15 hours/week.
